Booking & Cancellation Policy:

  • All rates include 10% GST [subject to change] and breakfast provisions.
  • Check-in time is 2.00 pm (guests are requested to notify us of approx. arrival time).
  • Check-out time is 10.30 am (variations may be possible upon request).
  • A 30% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is required 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation is subject to the re-booking of accommodation with at least 14 days notice for full refund less $50 admin fee.
  • No show incurs a 100% fee.
  • Credit card details are required upon arrival to cover any damage or breakages (no bond is taken from the card and any charge will be done with your prior consent)
  • Cottages are self-catering and it would be appreciated that washing up and putting away of clean crockery, glasses etc is done prior to your check-out.
  • Any spillages should be cleaned on the kitchen bench and indoor/outdoor furniture – breakages or spillage on furniture, carpets etc may incur a fee.
  • Interior and exterior furniture is required to be put back in their original positions.
  • The accommodation is not suitable for young children or pets except at the owners’ discretion.
  • NO SMOKING inside either cottage applies. All cigarette butts and matches must be deposited in the ashtray provided.
